We explored—or more powerfully, experienced—a reillumination of our contributory spirit as being something that is co-created through relationship. The workshop retreat focused on growing the capacity to foster lift and innovation in organizations, companies, and teams of people. Specifically, participants came to know better where and how to intervene in their systems; to reframe from corrosive cynicism using appreciative questions; and to disrupt the status quo at the scale of the whole
