HAMILTON HEALTH SCIENCES FOUNDATION
Continuing our counsel, which began in 2010. Partnering with Ken Hubbell & Associates, we’ve developed with the client a leadership learning curriculum as part of their decade-long commitment to the team’s professional growth and development. Additionally, we guided their long-term thinking with scenario planning and vision development. Periodically, we co-design and facilitate staff leadership and board retreats (both co-located and virtual). Also providing one-on-one coaching to members of the executive team.
