BRIDGEWAY RECOVERY SERVICES

We have the privilege of partnering with Bridgeway, one of Oregon’s most innovative and comprehensive treatment providers, who is emerging as a new, more integrated healthcare organization. Working closely with the founder, the executive team, and the board, our partnership will enable Bridgeway to reimagine and rehearse its future in service of an ever-expanding scope of primary care services.

HAMILTON HEALTH SCIENCES FOUNDATION

Continuing our counsel, which began in 2010. Partnering with Ken Hubbell & Associates, we’ve developed with the client a leadership learning curriculum as part of their decade-long commitment to the team’s professional growth and development. Additionally, we guided their long-term thinking with scenario planning and vision development. Periodically, we co-design and facilitate staff leadership and board retreats (both co-located and virtual). Also providing one-on-one coaching to members of the executive team.

ST. MARY’S UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA

With this engagement, we’re providing prioritized personal attention on-demand virtual counsel for SMUMN advancement executives to elevate, integrate, and help transform advancement work toward optimal impact. The engagement context includes significant work process reinvention, mindset shifts, toolset expansion, and skillset sharpening in service of an unprecedented institutional philanthropy campaign. To support professional growth and development, we've developed a customized advancement field staff training curriculum, delivered during a four day Campaign Springboard Conference.

University of Alaska (Statewide)

We co-designed the system's first comprehensive statewide coordinated campaign within a context of sweeping environmental and organizational changes. We've been working closely with university and foundation leaders to incubate a culture of possibility and an invitational tone with alumni and donors. Central to recent work has been guiding advancement staff, administrators, and faculty through a series of ideation retreats to articulate compelling plans to bring university initiatives to fruition through donor support.
